  The structure of AC fan is generally divided into stator and rotor. The stator includes motor, outer frame, bearing, retaining ring, spring and silicon steel sheet; the rotor includes fan blade and shaft; the motor winding part is composed of silicon steel sheet, enameled wire and insulated steel frame. AC fan must rely on the circuit control, two groups of coils work alternately, produce different magnetic field through AC. Therefore, whether the AC fan can work normally depends on the power frequency. The higher the frequency, the faster the switching speed of magnetic field, the faster the theoretical speed, just as the more magnetic poles of DC fan, the faster the speed. However, the frequency should not be too fast, otherwise it is easy to cause activation difficulties.

To understand how it works, you have to first understand what alternating current is. Alternating current refers to the current whose magnitude and direction change periodically because the average operation of periodic current is zero. The internal structure of AC fan is composed of two coils. The coils are connected with each other to form three series points. Each point is a common end. The starting end is the starting winding end and the running end is the running winding end. In addition, the starting capacitor is also an important part of the AC fan, which usually has a voltage resistance of 250 V between 12 uf.
 
Two connectors of the starting capacitor are connected to the end of the starting winding and the other end to the end of the running winding to form a triangle. The power supply does not need to distinguish the neutral line of the live wire. The other end is connected to one end of the capacitor, and the other end is connected to the common terminal. In this way, the motor shell can ensure the normal operation of the AC fan.
 
In addition, because the internal structure of AC fan is mainly transformer, the selection data of AC fan are mainly tungsten wire needle or stainless steel data. If the voltage is too high, it will affect the service life of the transformer.
